Return & Replacement Policy
At Stephen Webster Beauty we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All products, including hair and apparel is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
From time to time, Stephen Webster Beauty, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) with the exception of Wigs/Units, Bundles, Clip-ins; which do not qualify for returns or replacement. Products is defined as (shampoo, conditioner, styling products/aides within the Stephen Webster Beauty Collection only. Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW these items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

- The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.
- If you purchased your product(s) online or over the phone, please contact Client Care info@stephenwebsterbeauty.com.
- You are responsible for postage cost(s) associated with returns.
- In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
- Merchandise must be in original condition.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered ) in any way.
Once your item(s) have been received our corporate office will be examine the item(s) thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Replacements
There is a 7 Calendar Day product defect exchange policy which commences on the date of purchase. Clients who purchased online or over the phone should contact Client Care at info@stephenwebsterbeauty.com to notify them of their issue or concern.
